SawasdeeLife acts solely as a relocation, support, and community facilitation service. While every reasonable effort will be made to assist clients with accommodation searches, visa processes, local orientation, healthcare introductions, and other support services, SawasdeeLife does not guarantee visa approvals, accommodation availability, medical outcomes, government decisions, or the actions of third-party providers. Clients remain responsible for their own personal, financial, medical and legal decisions, including decisions relating to travel and participation in activities, and SawasdeeLife's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for services directly provided by SawasdeeLife. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
SawasdeeLife provides travel, community and coordination services. We are not medical, legal or financial advisers. Comprehensive insurance is required for all participants.
