Three ways to spend a season in Hua Hin
Every program includes the 4-day Bangkok Welcome Tour, your cohort of 6–10 Australians, and our local support team in Hua Hin. All prices are AUD, per person, single occupancy — your own room is standard, with no single supplement.
Everything that comes with every program
All three programs include the following. What changes between programs is the length, the visa type, and the accommodation structure — covered under each program below.
The arrival
- 4-day Bangkok Welcome Tour to open your program — all meals included, your own hotel room
- Private minivan transfer from Bangkok to Hua Hin on Day 5, with a SawasdeeLife team member travelling alongside you
Your week, every week
- Weekly group breakfast, hosted by the team (venue rotates)
- Group WhatsApp with at least one team member active daily
- A brief weekly one-on-one check-in with a team member
- Introductions to the local services you need: dentist, doctor, gym, hairdresser, supermarket
Personal Assist
- Up to 5 assistance hours per week, per person
- A named Thai-speaking team contact for anything you need a local for: appointments, lease signing, airport runs, opening a bank account, sorting a mobile plan — whatever comes up
- Available Monday–Saturday during support hours
Always-on support
- Local Hua Hin team available Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm Bangkok time
- Response within 2 hours during support hours
- Emergency contact outside hours for medical situations

Try Hua Hin
AUD $3,500
per person, single occupancy — your own room, no single supplement
Reserve with an AUD $500 deposit — fully transferable if plans change.
Our first-ever cohort. Three months in Hua Hin's best season — with the people who'll define what SawasdeeLife becomes.
This program follows the same structure as Escape Australian Winter: the Bangkok Welcome Tour, your cohort, pre-decided accommodation in Hua Hin, and our local support team.
What's specific to this program
- Placement with your cohort of 6–10 Australians in the same neighbourhood in Hua Hin
- Tourist Visa arranged before you depart Australia
- In-country visa extension coordination, government fee included
Everything else is covered in What's included in every program above.
Accommodation (paid separately)
Your cohort settles into pre-decided accommodation in the same Hua Hin neighbourhood.
~THB 15,000–20,000 / month
approximately AUD $650–870 per month, paid directly to the building (as at 2026)
Accommodation is not included in the program fee — this keeps things transparent, and means you're dealing directly with the building, not paying a markup to us.
Escape Australian Winter

per person, single occupancy — your own room, no single supplement
Reserve with an AUD $500 deposit — fully transferable if plans change.
Three months of Hua Hin sunshine while Australia is in the grip of winter. Pack a suitcase, join your cohort, come home with a tan and a new set of friends.

Seasonal
AUD $5,800
per person, single occupancy — your own room, no single supplement
Reserve with an AUD $500 deposit — fully transferable if plans change.
Six months in Hua Hin from November to April — settling into a furnished condo with your cohort and making it genuinely your home away from home.
What's specific to this program
- Up to 5 hotel nights in Hua Hin for a settling-in week
- Condo viewings from a pre-vetted shortlist during settling-in week
- Support with lease signing and opening a Thai bank account
- Non-Immigrant O visa arranged in Australia before you depart
- 90-day reporting assistance throughout your stay
Everything else is covered in What's included in every program above.
Accommodation (paid separately)
During your settling-in week, you'll view condos from a shortlist we've pre-vetted, then sign a 6-month lease directly with the landlord.
~THB 15,000–25,000 / month
approximately AUD $650–1,080 per month, paid directly to the landlord (as at 2026)
You choose from the shortlist and sign your own lease — we're there to help you compare, negotiate, and settle in, not to mark up the rent.
Straightforward payments, nothing non-refundable
Every program works the same way. Payments are by invoice or bank transfer — no payment portals, no surprises.
Screening chat
Before anything else, we have a brief call to make sure the program is the right fit. No payment, no commitment — just a conversation.
Transferable deposit
Reserve your place with an AUD $500 deposit. It's fully transferable — if plans change before the cohort is confirmed, it moves to the next available cohort. It's never simply forfeited.
50% at 60 days
50% of the program balance is due 60 days before your departure date.
Cohort confirmed & balance at 42 days
If your cohort has 6 or more people 42 days before departure, it's confirmed. The remaining balance is due at that point. If the cohort doesn't reach minimum numbers, your deposit and all payments made transfer to the next cohort — or we refund everything in full.
